There's only one winner when it comes to free hosting and that is Google cloud!
I have a website hosted on Heliohost (a free non profit hosting network) and my WordPress website (with a lot of views) had an LCP of just 342 mms (with a total loading time of 942ms). Pretty good for a free host.
You should do a review on Heliohost's Free Hosting. It has very little limitations and the speed is amazing (at least on their Tommy Server (a server that is hard to get in because of high demand but low space)).

i do not suggest to check for cheap hostinger, you will be asked to advance pay for few years, if company misleads you from beginning, it is better do not deal with them upfront.

I've lately started my website hosted on Infinity Free Website, site loads in around 1.2s, 1.4s. Recently added a cloudflare SSL, it got reduced to 0.9s as per data shown by cloudflare. After watching the video I really wanna change to a good paid hosting 🌞
