Hi, me and my family are going into a pathway of SP-OWP with dependent children this Sep Intake.
Scenario: If the OWP got an sponsor from an employer to apply to PR within the period of 1 year, are we good to push the application to PR even though the SP is not yet completed in the program (SP having 2yrs program). or should we wait until the SP complete the program before we push the PR application.
Can you advice what would be the best pathway for us to secure our PR?

I am very confused. Need your guidance.. my LMIA expired in Oct 2021 but I already applied for Work visa in June 2021 (result still awaited). My agent also created EE profile (493 points including 50 points of LMIA) in July 2021 and now waiting for FSW draw. Is my EE profile (with 50 points of LMIA) still valid considering my work visa application is under process but my LMIA validity expired in Oct. 2021 ? Thanks .
