Hi I am vinay Kumar kilambi from india. My age is 36 , education btech and experience 9 years. My ielts general test score 5.5. Listening 5.0 Writing 5.5 speaking 5.5 and reading 5.5. Crs score is 330. Did I have eligibility to apply for canada pr in 2022 through any pnp program. I completed my Wes. My experience is based on IT softwares and non IT also. Kindly suggest me .

I have watched many videos and visited many websites to get know about which province is best for me and i made a conclusion that every province is best some provinces are best as student visa and some are best as living work permit status to get PR
